Project Specific TrainingFormal training, coaching and mentoring of our specialists is an important part of the Hanani product portfolio. We regard this as being potentially the most valuable component of our personnel development programmes. Our view is that the ‘hard’ competencies required of a Project Manager are readily accessible through basic training and general courses. Any well trained Project Specialist should have these basic tools and know the processes to be followed — but this does not necessarily make for a successful Project Specialist.
